How to order personalized items:

In the "Personalization" box above, type in the quote exactly as you would like it printed, along with the person you are quoting (optional) and a number for the "check in" on the bottom (optional).
- For any questions, changes or requests for drafts before shipping - please email debbie@mad-creations.com before receiving your shipping notification (usually within 3 business day).
- No refunds or returns will be granted for mistakes made in this box. The item will be printed exactly as typed.
